Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to read our profile. We
understand that this is one of the most difficult decision to make, and
we welcome you into our lives and to help you thru this process, we will
always be supportive as we go thru the journey together.
The reason we want to adopt:
Our names are Stephan and Debbie We are a fun-loving family who spend time entertaining children and bringing laughter, and smiles to thousands of children each year. Now Steve and Debbie are ready to build their family together.
When Steve and I married, I was unable to have any more children and Steve has not had the opportunity to be a father. We both have a strong love for children and will continue searching until our dream comes true.
We would love to adopt a newborn we thought we were going to adopt a very short while ago, we had a birth mother, and she was having a girl, we were so excited, we had a baby shower
and got everything for our little angel. After we spent 5 days in intensive care with our new baby, the birth
mom changed her mind. It was heart breaking but understandable. So needless to say we have everything for a
little girl. But, if god sends us a little boy we will be just as happy.
Steve and I are both in the entertainment business. He is a professional magician and I am his assistant. We

We hope to start our journey again, but sadly to say this may be our last attempt, adoptions are costly and we
are not millionaires. We are a middle class family just looking for a child of our own to love.

Steve
Steve is 35 and is a Thermo Engineer, a professional Magician and a DJ. The job he loves most of all is being a Magician. He loves to perform for children, bringing joy into their lives is what keeps him sharing his talent. Steve will make a great father because he is a caring, wonderful man who really invests in the life of children. He teaches children ministry on Sundays. Steve is very respected by all children and parents. Steve is NOT stern but very fair with is disciplinarian, Steve, who has the respect of all people, will talk and resolve any issues with a calm manner.
Steve likes to play volley ball, table tennis, going to the beach, DJ,playing cards with his friends, and magic shows.

Debbie
Debbie is 41 and owns her own cleaning business, a job that offers her allot of flexibility so she can spend more time with a baby. As a Mom she is definitely takes on many tasks.Debbie looks forward to being able to spend more time at home with a new baby. Debbie is the quietest out of the two, She is a very giving person, that will give her last dollar to help out another person. Debbie's greatest passion is her children, her son Michael and daughter Michelle. The greatest joy to see is their success in Life. They have started their own journey in life but they still call home everyday. Debbie enjoys, antiques, shopping, cooking, going to the beach, magic shows, and playing cards.
Where we are living:
Our home is located in Lewiston Maine. We live in a 2 bedroom Cape with a finished basement. Our home is on a large house lot in a quiet community, A perfect place to raise a child. Our goal is to build a log home in a quiet country setting. Our home is cozy and plenty of room to add on an addional family member.
Our faith with God:
Our Christian faith is the center of our lives, We teach our children to love god and all people. We attend church regularly, and help all those in need.
Our open adoption option:
Your child will learn from us the truth of their adoption, from the time the child enters our heart. We will share
with your child, the brave thing their mom did for the sake of her child. We will always be open to mom being a
part of our lives. We want you to know that we are all family sharing responsibilities , we will send you pictures,
keep you updated for as long as you want. We know this is the greatest gift you have given to us, and we all can
work out a plan that will leave your mind at peace.

Update!!!! October 8,2006 We are now back to seeking to adopt. We tried surrogate but we didn't have any luck..sighs!! But we loved our surrogate Mom and wish her and the family all the joy in the word and thank them for taking the time to try and work with us!
